Quality Assurance Nurse
Aerotek Scientific is currently seeking qualified applicants for a QA/QI Nurse. This position is working with Baltimore long term care facilities. The position will include the following duties:
- Setting up and maintaining a tracking system to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Tracking and trending related to quality issues.
- Educating staff to new documentation.
- Participating in the supervision of co-visits with clinical staff and participates in various committees related to QA initiatives.
- Developing initiatives to stay in compliance with JCAHO.
The qualified candidate will:
- Possess a current RN license in Maryland
- Have Home Care or Hospice experience
- Experience in development and implementation of QA initiatives
